Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell aquariums and aquarium equipment — tanks and complete sets, filtration, lighting, heating and accessories. Volumes, suitable tank sizes and power figures on a listing are the manufacturer's rated figures; real-world stocking depends on your filtration, maintenance and the species you keep. We do not sell livestock.

Safety and setup

All products are CE marked. Electrical items — heaters, filters, pumps and lights — are for indoor use: connect them to an RCD-protected socket, keep plugs and transformers dry and form a drip loop in the cable. A filled aquarium is very heavy (a 240 litre tank weighs about 300 kg once set up), so place it on a level, load-bearing surface or a stand rated for the filled weight. Handle glass with care and let a new tank cycle before stocking.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
