We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Large tanks and cabinets

Larger aquariums and cabinets travel on a pallet and glass is fragile, so they are packed and handled with care. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings the pallet to the nearest accessible hard standing, not into the finished position in your home. If access is tight, tell us before ordering.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging and glass before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
